{"id":4116,"date":"2021-04-22T17:43:54","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T17:43:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/testareweb.ro\/?p=4116"},"modified":"2022-07-21T07:35:29","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T07:35:29","slug":"comparatie-xps-eps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testareweb.ro\/sr\/uporedi-xps-eps\/","title":{"rendered":"Pore\u0111enje XPS \u2013EPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pore\u0111enje XPS \u2013EPS<\/h2>\n<p>Penasti ekstrudirani polistiren (XPS) i penasti polistiren (EPS), u smislu proizvodnog procesa i naro\u010dito u smislu performansi proizvoda, predstavljaju dve razli\u010dite grupe krutih materijala koji se koriste za toplotnu izolaciju. Penasti paneli ove dve vrste imaju razli\u010dite tehni\u010dke karakteristike.<br \/>\nXPS ekstrudirani polistiren odlikuje se slede\u0107im osnovnim karakteristikama: veoma niska apsorpcija vode, visoka potisna\u010dvrsto\u0107a, niska vrednost toplotne provodljivosti, itd. Ali da ih razmotrimo korak po korak, da biste bolje razumeli njegove performanse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.    Toplotna otpornost (R) i toplotna provodljivost (\u03bb)<\/strong><br \/>\nToplotna otpornost (R) i toplotna provodljivost (\u03bb) utvr\u0111uju se uzimanjem u obzir proces starenja, i za to se vr\u0161i minimalno deset testova. Odgovaraju\u0107a vrednost starenja ozna\u010dava se sa \u03bb, \u0161to predstavlja prose\u010dnu toplotnu provodljivost vrednosti pene ekstrudiranog polistirena posle starenja.<br \/>\nStandardi koji reguli\u0161u na\u010din na kojisu definisane toplotna otpornost (R) i toplotna provodljivost (\u03bb) jesu SR EN 13164, a postupci koji se sprovode na panelima ekstrudiranog polistirena i merenja vr\u0161e se u skladu sa SR EN 12667 za manje debljine panela, aSR EN 12939 za deblje poluproizvode.<br \/>\nOve vrednosti moraju da bududeklarisane od strane proizvo\u0111a\u010da polistirena i na\u0107i \u0107e se u tehni\u010dkim bro\u0161urama, na njihovim sajtovima, ali i na pakovanja proizvoda. Proizvo\u0111a\u010d je du\u017ean da na CE nalepnici navedevrednost (l) za toplotnu provodljivost obra\u010dunatu u skladu sa postupkom pomenutim u SR EN 13164. Toplotna provodljivost za XPS plo\u010de je u grupi vrednosti 0,030, 0,040 i 0,045 W\/mK.<br \/>\n\u03bb vrednostiza GIAS Grafit XPS su \u03bb \u2265 0,030.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.     Apsorpcija vode<\/strong><br \/>\nAko voda prodre u strukturu materijala koji se koristi za toplotnu izolaciju, to dovodi do materijalne \u0161tete, kao i do smanjenja sposobnosti toplotne izolacije. Voda ima sposobnost da toplotu sprovodi25 puta bolje od vazduha. Penasti materijal od ekstrudiranog polistirena, zahvaljuju\u0107i njegovoj\u0107elijskoj strukturi, otporan je na vodu i vlagu i stoga predstavlja odli\u010dnore\u0161enje za bezbednu i dugotrajnu izolaciju gra\u0111evinskih objekata. Sposobnost toplotne izolacije nije pod uticajem vode, pa materijal obezbe\u0111uje odgovaraju\u0107u izolaciju tokom \u010ditavog \u017eivotnog veka zgrade.<br \/>\nZahvaljuju\u0107i ovoj osobini XPS panela, oni imajuva\u017enu prednost u daljim, preciznijimupotrebama. Na primer, u slu\u010daju krovova tipa terasa, u sistem tipa obrnute terase, oveplo\u010de, \u2013zahvaljuju\u0107i sposobnosti izolacije od vode \u2013 predstavljaju dugotrajno re\u0161enje. Tako\u0111e, u slu\u010daju spolja\u0161njegumotavanja zidova zgrada \u2013 jer XPS ekstrudirani polistiren ne upija vodu, \u010dak i ako je konstantno izlo\u017een nepovoljnim vremenskim uslovima, i otporan je na cikluse zamrzavanja \u2013odmrzavanja \u2013 odr\u017eava otpor tokom \u010ditavog veka trajanja zgrade, a toplotna izolacija ne propada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.     Propustljivost vodene pare (\u00b5),takozvana sposobnost za disanje<\/strong><br \/>\nOtpor protiv difuzije vodene pare, \u00b5 parametar, defini\u0161e otpor prolaska vodene pare u odnosu na otpor protoka vazduha, i odre\u0111uje se koli\u010dinom vodene pare koja prolazi kroz jedinicu povr\u0161ine u jedinici vremena pod odre\u0111enim uslovima temperature i vlage na odre\u0111enu propisanu debljinu testiranog materijala.<br \/>\nDifuzija koja se odvija na nivou zidova zgrada, u popularnom smislu \u2013 sposobnost zida za disanje \u2013 definisana je parametrom \u00b5 za svaki gra\u0111evinski materijal.<br \/>\nTako svaki materijal ima koeficijent za difuziju vodene pare. Otpornost na po\u017ear predstavlja vremenskiperiod u kome taj materijal mo\u017ee da stabilno odr\u017ei svoju strukturu protiv po\u017eara. Otpornost na po\u017ear zavisi od slede\u0107ih parametara:<br \/>\n- procenat aditiva koji usporavaju prostiranje po\u017eara,<br \/>\n- zapaljivost gasa za ekspandiranje,<br \/>\n- testiran uzorak (debljina),<br \/>\n- gustina proizvoda.<\/p>\n<p>Termoizolacione plo\u010de GIAS Grafit XPS uklapaju se u klasu E po\u017eara, \u0161to zna\u010di da ako je ekstrudirani polistiren XPS u kontaktu sa izvorom vatre, nastavlja da gori. Ako je uklonjen izvor paljenja, vatra \u0107e se ugasiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.     Mehani\u010dke karakteristike<\/strong><br \/>\nDruga zna\u010dajnakarakteristika penastog materijala kakav jeekstrudirani polistiren XPS,le\u017ei u \u010dinjenici da pokazuje visoku mehani\u010dku otpornost na utovar, i kratkoro\u010dni i dugoro\u010dni. Izolacioni materijal koji pokazuje visoku otpornost na pritisak vrlo malo \u0107e smanjiti debljinu u slu\u010daju optere\u0107enja i na taj na\u010din ne\u0107e se promeniti relativni obra\u010dun toplotne izolacije, a materijal \u0107e o\u010duvati izolacione karakteristike i vrednosti. Toplotna otpornost je direktno proporcionalna debljini R = d \/ \u03bb<br \/>\nMe\u0111u penastim materijalima, ekstrudirani polistiren ima najvi\u0161u otpornost na kompresije. Kao mera bezbednosti mogu se u obzir uzeti optere\u0107enja koja odgovaraju osnovnoj deformaciji materijala od 10%.<br \/>\nPostoji direktno proporcionalna veza izme\u0111u gustine materijala XPS i jedne od njegovih bitnih karakteristika, odnosno potisne\u010dvrsto\u0107e\/rastezanja. Kako raste gustina, tako i potisna\u010dvrsto\u0107a\/rastezanje materijala bivaju ve\u0107i. Dimenziona stabilnost<\/strong><br \/>\nTermoizolacioni materijali, po svojoj prirodi, predmet su ozbiljnih temperaturnih varijacija. Izme\u0111u dve strane polistirenskog panela ne\u0107e biti velike razlike u temperaturi; tako\u0111e, paneli \u0107e biti predmet brze promene temperature zbog ciklusa dan\u2013no\u0107.
